Neurodevelopmental and Neuropsychological Evaluations
It all begins with a question.
Perhaps you want to understand your or your child’s behaviors, need services at school or work, or wish to gain a deeper understanding of how you perceive yourself, others, or the world around you. Whatever your need, a neuropsychological or neurodevelopmental evaluation can make all the difference.
Pricing and Payment Information
Comprehensive evaluations typically range from $1,500 to $4,500 and pricing is dependent on testing. We currently do not accept insurance and operate on a private pay basis only. However, we can provide a superbill after your evaluation, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Payments are accepted by check, debit, or credit card, with half of the estimated cost due at the first appointment and the remaining balance due during your feedback session. Unfortunately, we cannot see Medicaid clients at this time, as we cannot charge Medicaid.
Call today to discuss your evaluation needs and get an estimate of pricing.
How Does it Work?
Step 1: Complete the contact information form to schedule your free 15-minute consultation to determine if you or your child is a good fit for our services.
Step 2: If it is determined that you are a good fit for our services, book your one-day testing in our office.
Step 3: Complete all intake, disclosure, and release of information paperwork before your testing appointment. Half of the estimated cost is due at the start of your testing day appointment.
Step 4: Complete your testing day in our office. Testing can include various tests, activities, and a variety of questionnaires. Your testing day typically includes a comprehensive interview, however, in some cases, this may be conducted virtually. In some cases, you may be asked to return on a separate day to complete additional testing in the office. We are open during business hours on weekdays.
Step 5: You will complete a feedback session with your doctor, which includes discussing all testing results, diagnoses, recommendations, and next steps.
Step 6: You will receive a copy of your finalized comprehensive report via email. The report includes testing results, diagnostic impressions, recommendations, behavioral observations, and relevant psychosocial history background.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment before 48 hours of your appointment, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment as quickly as possible. If you cancel or no-show under 48 hours there will be an associated fee and we cannot guarantee a reschedule. We will provide reminder notifications of your upcoming testing day appointment.
